Potential Target Market

Demographic:
In terms of a disco track, audiences are not defined by their gender as the track appeals to all people who wish to interact with it. Typically disco/house music is popular in the gay community, however the music and videos are never targeted at the LBGT community, the tracks become popular due to their upbeat nature encouraging audiences to dance. The age of the audience will be younger adults (18-24) as it is the type of track to be played in disco clubs, however older age group may be attracted to the song for its disco dancing pull, however it will be younger generations that will be represented in the video as younger people are more likely to invest in music. Ethnicities and nationalities will be represented in the music video in order to appeal to all, however music is globally available  and the track is produced in english which may discourage audiences in non english speaking countries.

Psychographic:
As the genre is disco, the type of lifestyle the audience will have is those with a disposable income to purchase music and those who are typical party goers and enjoy the disco dancing scene. In terms of interests and opinions audiences of disco music tend to be open minded which gives a large scope of ideas when creating the video, however they do expect typical conventions form a tracks video and would likely to be skeptical if something significant to disco such as bright colours were to be missing.

Behavioural: 
In music,  audiences tend to be loyal to certain brands or artists over new or unheard of names, this is something to consider when creating the digipak to ensure that it is visually interesting enough to attract new audiences. Also, audiences that have the readiness to buy are necessary to attract in order to make sales on the product, rather than audience streaming the tracks online and not investing in the product themselves.
